Converted in 2011, the cottage is an old stone barn that has been tastefully converted to create comfortable holiday accommodation for two people.
The accommodation comprises an open plan kitchen / living room, a shower room with toilet, a bedroom with one double bed and a south west facing sun terrace. All rooms have central heating. Parking is adjacent to the cottage.
The kitchen is fully equipped including hob, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment and a washing machine.
The living room has a comfortable double sofa, table with chairs plus TV.
The shower room has a large shower with toilet and wash basin.
The rates for the cottage are:
April - September: £450 a week
October - March: £350 a week
Pro-rata weeks are allowed - costs will be calculated. Minimum of 3 nights stay.
Change over day is Friday with departure by 11am, and arrivals after 3pm.
Well-behaved small dogs are permitted. A travel cot is available if required.
